The recipient sees what we call a one-click survey. It’s a single, simple question that is quick to answer. In this example…

NO — They’re not happy. 🙁 The next page they see after they answer is up to you. RevenueJump can find out what’s wrong and capture their feedback, or it can treat it the same as a YES answer (your choice).

YES — They’re happy! 🙂 This is where RevenueJump helps you to monetize their sentiment in the form of 5-star reviews, client testimonials, warm referrals, and employee reviews. See Step C below.
